As an employee at TekArch, I have experienced firsthand the dismal work environment and inadequate HR support. From day one, it was evident that the company lacks commitment to employee well-being and professional growth. The office atmosphere is oppressive and demoralizing, and a pervasive sense of neglect. HR support is virtually non-existent. When issues arise, there's a blatant disregard for employee concerns. Responses from HR are delayed, and resolutions are often half-hearted or completely overlooked. It's as if they view employees as expendable assets rather than valuable contributors to the company's success. In conclusion, TekArch fails miserably in creating a positive work environment and providing essential HR support.
