The recent changes in TechwareLab office working atmosphere is really good. Infact previously the management was so liberal and everyone was provided with flexible work timings, but this was misused by few and the management took a decision to take out the liberal approach instead we are to follow: 1. Everyone is to be available inthe office on time, this really creates a good atmosphere since the project management team can easily execute projects on time. 2. A team for monitoring the work efforts on a daily basis. This team analyses the shortages and mistakes and advises for better performance. Also, employees are appreciated here for their good performance. One of my colleague was recently appreciated by the entire team. 3. All employees to push their code on a daily basis, which helps in calculating the effort and time for each task. 4.No early leaving before 6 pm without TL's approval. This really helps as previously team members leaves the office without intimation. The issues, concerned raised by clients becomes the sole responsibility of the team manager and are screwed up in different scenarios. 5. Since standup calls are offline, every team member gets the opportunity to discuss and clarify the doubts and therefore get a good understanding of the task/project we are working on In fact as a Sr. developer i really likes this approach as no one is pressured or requested to work overnight or extend working hours and the team managers feels it easy to manage and execute things more effectively. At times due to unexpected heavy traffic on peak days in the Infopark area, not able to reach on time. No employee engagement activities at present, I request the HR team to bring this back so this creates better collaboration and bonding between the teams. Plan for more outings and trips

Joining as a Jr. Software Developer Trainee, found the training from the company to be extremely beneficial. The syllabus was detailed and covered a wide array of topics like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and more. The trainers were friendly and always eager to help, making the work atmosphere very soothing and conducive to learning.

Sometimes, the salary is delayed by one or two days.
