The management only supports employees who are either relatives or referred by known people. If you don’t have these connections, don’t expect any support or recognition. You are expected to work late into the night, far beyond regular office hours, without any consideration for personal time. They can fire you without any valid reason, even without prior notice. Worse, they often create a hostile environment that forces you to resign on your own Unexplained salary deductions are common. The compensation does not justify the workload or the stressful environment. The overall work culture is extremely negative, with no proper communication or appreciation for hard work.
