... that forces you to resign on your own Unexplained salary deductions are common. The compensation does not justify the workload or the stressful environment. The overall work culture is extremely negative, with no proper communication or appreciation for hard work. The mental torture and manipulation tactics make it a very unhealthy place to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values a fair and professional workplace.

Appraisal and work life balance is not good. They will ask to work 12hrs per day and expected to be active even on weekends and leave days to attend their calls and meetings.
