2 years back, techsophy was a wonderful place to work and explore, but it became highly inflexible and restrictive after management changes.

Dislikes

Gives no value for the employee decisions every thing every technology decision is decided by managers even if they don't know anything about technology Always asking to work from office and no work life balance No flexibility Working on No code tools which are very useless and always causing issues .Micromanagement became very high because of non technical managers. No value to employees working on internal projects always high value given to only employees for vendor and billing projects.
