Management fell short of excellence, creating an environment where it seemed like nobody paid attention. The higher-ups exhibited a discourteous attitude, consistently failing to adhere to their own commitments. This was particularly evident in the behavior of the VP. Additionally, the company showed reluctance in offering competitive salaries, often displaying a demanding stance during negotiations and expecting more work for less pay. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. 2 years back, techsophy was a wonderful place to work and explore, but it became highly inflexible and restrictive after management changes.

Dislikes

Gives no value for the employee decisions every thing every technology decision is decided by managers even if they don't know anything about technology Always asking to work from office and no work life balance No flexibility Working on No code tools which are very useless and always causing issues .Micromanagement became very high because of non technical managers. No value to employees working on internal projects always high value given to only employees for vendor and billing projects. Your opinions are not valued only very few people take all decisions and we don't have any say in that....Read More
