Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

At Technosyscon anyone joining as a fresher can gain knowledge and experience as you can get chance to work with multi-national companies

Dislikes

One generally gets job insure as their is no salary increment as promised. As expected from the top management, to review and revise the work before sharing or releasing to the client. As it was necessary because you are the only one who will be blamed for unnoticed wrongdoings

Work Details

I enjoyed working there as my colleagues where very helpful in comparison with the boss who was very busy in his other work and was not keen to look about the work we used to do and comment for the changes which required to be done before releasing
