TL doesn't come to office

HR department. And they have no respect for your religion. My experience with this company is, IN SHORT, DISCRIMINATE YOUR RELIGION, SHOW TOO MUCH FAVORISM, AND HOLD YOUR SALARY HOSTAGE. HR department is the worst, particularly HR Monika. Don't know how she became Human Resource cuz she has no humanity. And My TL Louis is the brother of some supervisor so he treats everyone with no respect. And the whole HR team takes no action because they are scared of his brother Raj. Louis even mocks you with religion. If the same religious discrimination happens in AGS or Access or Omega, the TL wil be terminated on spot. But here in technosoft, even when the HR knows the TL mocks other religions, she took action against the employee who filed the complaint. If you have any self-respect, or if you are a Hindu or Muslim, don't join here. Appraisals are really bad, The management is really poor in making decisions at critical times There is no career growth very bad salary hike and there is no yearly bonus No job security, you will get fired when there is a downtrend
