You perform or don't perform, the increament is same to all. The accountability of performance is not there... I have enjoyed working as I shouldered the responsibility of other departments as well...helped me in developing my ownership and leadership skills..

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7.
