Honestly, Tech9 has set the benchmark for me, if I ever plan to change over to another organisation. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. As the company grew, our initial benefits got reduced as it happens with many companies. If your project, for which you’re hired gets over, you might end up in a project where you might not like the Tech Stack, as Tech9 is a service based Startup, they’ve different types of projects.
