there are nothing for learn new things, I have to reach the 15 minutes before the shift, if fail so as a punishment i have to login from 9:15AM, when i ask the HR about this, i said show me where these things are written, for 15 minute extra everytime that too in a calling process, where break is count for washroom and if call flow is low still we can't chill and use those like other corporate office, you are giving the responsibility of corporate and telecaller both....Read More

There is not much that liked about this company but yes there few things like they provide cab in odd hours and they provide work from home also.

Almost everything I dislike about this company . When they need you they will talk to you nicely and when the work is done they will treat you like trash . Work environment is very bad . There is no support from the higher Officals as well . When I resigned from this company without any reason they put my rehiring status no. Pathetic experience. they didn't paid me the salary for the work. Let me to do work forcefully in my break periods and unusually marked absent and deducting when i told to pay there HR started insulting even i was present for 6 months continuous. so i have taken action on labor court.
