Recieved all kinds of growth opportunities. Leadership roles, awards, onsite chances, promotions and ample time to focus on health as well. Management is also very understanding. Specially in pandemic.

The only thing I would always regret is the compensation I received in annual appraisals. However we all know it depends on our own performance, skills, dependency, work visibility, company's growth, projects budget, billing type, employment agreement, client rate etc.

The higher count count of designated employees (managers) than the Leaders with some leadership qualities... HR is also biased and have no strong backbone to stick around doing the right things against people grievances against management... Poor overall..

Now this is definitely not the same with other branches of tech m. This is specifically for yerwada commerzone tech m. You will get to learn a lot, it is a difficult role with too many kpi's to manage but it is good money if you learn and deliver.

You will no longer have a personal life. If you try to have one it will impact your work. You will never stop thinking about work and that is disturbing.
