Didn't get a single hike for 2years even if my performance rating was X and I worked extra hours, even on weekends for which I wasn't paid for. The project manager and his manager( who are about 10-20 years experienced) wanted to retain me and I said I wouldn't stay back unless they met the offer I had, when they couldn't do that, they made my life miserable until my last working day! They lowkey threatened that my work life was in their hands and I could loose my job offer if I go against them. Luckily I had a friend who left the same team and an HR who had left the organisation, he helped me out with the process. Sad part is that the organisation doesn't check on the behaviour of the people who manage the team. Once you put down your papers, nobody cares if you exist, no one helps you with the process. And there's no place where you can complain about your management's unprofessional behaviour!...Read More
