Lot of stress on employees by managers in voice process by khadeer and his team leaders.....they just force employees to work like donkeys....and they just need scores they won't even provide proper support in voice process...team leaders have no proper knowledge about process and work bcoz of them employees will be facing troubles.....they just force sme's to do their work and literally team leaders will not be available during the shift time they just do their personal works in the shift timing while working frm home but agents won't even get 2 min of extra time for relaxation...non stop work....there will be lot of partiality and politics bcoz of that i resigned my job And i don't have any holding offers....they will just promote and help agents who are being nice with team leader and manager....just non sense no recognition for hardwork and dedication...💔...Read More

Worst company I had ever worked for. Would never recommend someone to work here. Their management is 0, HR says something management says something. I am done with my resignation part. However still not able to get reliving letter. Its been more then 4 months now. I wrote a email to my process manager as well as the Hr as well. Trust me, if you will work here then you may fave health issue. As I had personally seen. My team leader left the company right after completing 10 months, my Hr left the company. All of training mate the left the company. And when it comes to job security. Its 0, if you will speak for yourself, then management will come together and will kick you out.
