Apraisal is very poor, occurs every 2 year and only with 2 percent hike. There is no perks and benefits. Work satisfaction is zero.

There is nothing in TechMahindra for one can choose some likes ,(however you will few learning opportunities but they are really few )

Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . MANAGEMENT IS WORTH LESS ,POLICIES ARE NEVER REVIEWED and have been the same since ages (only changes happens in words and revisions are versioned without any real improvement from previous) , no growth, no challenging role to offer...Read More

I joined Jan 23 2023, April 1st onwards HR declared like Project manager and above will not get Variable component mentioned for 1st quarter but dragged till 3 quarters. In my case wen I have project it's company guidelines no variable and wen we are in bench it's company policy not to pay variable component. No one will be there to guide if any issue happens.

Dislikes

Variable pay component not paid, annual appraisal will be taken but no payment wat ever rating and they are ready to terminate at anytime. Wen joining the company you are great fellow to terminate you are outdated in 1 year.

No opportunity to grow in company. Upper Management is not able to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

Work life balance , can easily finish work and enjoy rest of time with family . Have lots of project so that even on bench can get project . People are friendly.

Compensation wise not UPTO the mark. Whatever you get at entry is the best , appraisal cycle not followed, 2-5% hike that too in couple of years .

If you want to join Tech Mahindra by any chance, I would say think about it atleast 10 times. Their work culture will damaged your work life balance. Full of politics and toxic environment, there are very short term projects you will be always worried about your next project and project extension. Office Politics is full and everyone will try to pulling back.

The bench policy is just worst , if you are in bench for 30 days then you are fired. They didn't consider if you get so many achievements previously.

Only some supportive colleagues & seniors, Salary is very less but given on time that's it.

Lack of Equality - Not in between genders but in between employee. Some are working hard and some are getting extra privilege without any hard work. Taking salary equally but not working equally. Supervisor are also not taking any action against those people even they are not looking into it. They are just sitting and chatting. Lack of Professionalism- Person who is genuinely working, they are facing arrogant and rude behavior. Some people are getting special treatments. For eg. Employee who has not taken long leave like 7-8 days from the day they joined, in case of emergency like sever health issue such employees are getting any leave but supervisor's favorite employees are getting leave more than 10-14 days reason behind taking leave it just to visit basically holiday. I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors. There are many thing but I don't think tech Mahindra can bring improvement in this kind of situation. Even HR is also not looking into it even after complaining about the same issue again and again. Lots of parameters to get the variable pay Managers are not good Always searching for an opportunity to deduct your salary They will give weekoff on company holiday, so that they can save money Night shift allowance is very less 100 rupees per day and many projects don't have the night shift allowance as well

I don't like anything from Tech Mahindra because of my TL Haraprasad Sahu's bad behavior and i did complain to higher authority but nobody took it serious at Tech Mahindra, DlF2, New town, Kolkata

Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The moment i realized i decided to leave and abandon the services & i paid for my notice period as it was so so biased and toxic .
