Tech Mahindras work environment was an organized one with better internal communication among teams and the team's would be provided with adequate training from time to time. If there were any interest an employee would aspire these would be encouraged by the organization where the employee would be assigned roles & tasks based on employee aspirations

Dislikes

The organization provided plenty in terms of growth but the appraisal and hikes were less compared to industry standard

Work Details

Worked as a business analyst for e-commerce domain , where I would gather requirements from client document them and communicate the same with development ,QA teams and demonstrate the developed modules to stakeholders based as per agile methodology.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
