I have appeared for interview in Tech Mahindra in January 2024 I have received my offer letter and completed all the process on first day the trainer asked to reach office by own transport and in evening he said I’m not eligible for transport facility and they asked me to submit id and all the work things. I get connected with my recruiter he shared the mail with trainer and transport team that he has confirmation for transport at my address but no one of them help me. After many emails and messages the BHR called and told me they help me with another opportunity in TechM but if there is no vacancy till 30 days then they will revoke the offer and they did the same. After wasting my time for 2 months they revoked my offer letter and didn’t help me with resolving the transport issue neither with another opportunity. I completed all the interview round in one go at first time after doing every documentation as per their need they just waste my time till 2 month and revoke the offer letter. I have a very terrible experience with TechM I’ll suggest not to get trap in their tricks. They wasted my 2 months😔😔😔...Read More

I have worked in tech Mahindra chat process. There senior are very tourcher with associate lavel employees. If you ask to him why my salary debited without any reason they will threat to you. I suggest please don't join the non voice process. They will mentally harsh to you. There senior are very tourcher all times
