Likes

Very good work life balance, if trained anyone can do this work, very less skill required, very less work pressure and highly secure job like government job. People can come anytime and go back to home even staying in office for 3-4 hrs a day also fine.

Dislikes

Terrible salary even lowest paid workers among IT industry, people may struggle to get 15 lakhs at retirement if they continue working for 20-25 years. People will forget engineering if stays for long term, no increment even on Promotion. Appraisal can be just a joke because take home will be almost same every year.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Switching 1st company in just 2 months

I got JL from another company right in Bengaluru, the joining is on 26 Feb 2025 and I will be joining as a fresher, the pay in little high but the main advantage is the project allotment because at techM I got technical support which is a techno-functional job not a development job plus a bond of 2 years on 1 lakh inr. I didn't just study btech cs to not get a dev job, so I am planing on leaving the company. Should I? Or not?
