The work environment is very good and collaborative and their team members and seniors and colleagues are very helpfull and supportive . Overall tech Mahindra gave me the better opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.

1. 0% Job Security. 2. ZTP is common here, you will hear this word everyday. even not comming on management's desired day, is treated ZTP. 3. Worst infrastructure you will ever experience. 5. Most of the companies gives reimbursement for transport but this company is special, it charges their employees for availing cab/company transport. 6. List is too long.............

Complete management is pathetic. in 1 year I have witness 8 process ramped done. No action on the managers but they are getting promotion, but the people who actually worked hard for the process. Management didn't bothered about them. Its all about who all can do what to please the managers

Everything. Management pressurize advisors to complete secondary KPI and also pressurizes not to follow primary KPI if secondary KPI not met. No support from management Management is worst. HR will help you only when you complaint regarding them to CEO and top management

No promotions, salary hike, no bonuses. Rewards recognitions system is poor Team engagement activities are nil cause company doesn't want to spend on such things. Everything is transactional.

The BGV system is really bad and poor work-life balance, inadequate salary compared to other MNCs, excessive pressure from management, lack of career growth opportunities, limited recognition for hard work, internal politics, and inconsistent support from managers

This exp. is as a CSA don't know about other departments. Lack of Equality - Not in between genders but in between employee. Some are working hard and some are getting extra privilege without any hard work. Taking salary equally but not working equally. Supervisor are also not taking any action against those people even they are not looking into it. They are just sitting and chatting. Lack of Professionalism- Person who is genuinely working, they are facing arrogant and rude behavior. Some people are getting special treatments. For eg. Employee who has not taken long leave like 7-8 days from the day they joined, in case of emergency like sever health issue such employees are getting any leave but supervisor's favorite employees are getting leave more than 10-14 days reason behind taking leave it just to visit basically holiday. I Understood taking holidays is not a crime but what about those who are not in good condition and they are asked to join in any condition. Middle class people never visit all the time hospitals, they cannot pay such expensive bill of MBBS doctors. There are many thing but I don't think tech Mahindra can bring improvement in this kind of situation. Even HR is also not looking into it even after complaining about the same issue again and again.
