The management specially their believe system, putting pressure drives performance, management would Say they care about mental health but they dont follow, I was working as a team leader they expect leaders to work every day, and stretch your shifts every day. Over all pathetic management will never recommend to work here.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr .. Learning is good. Technically you will gain good knowledge.

Dislikes

Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.
