As someone who has spent five years with the company, I believe it is crucial to address these issues for the betterment of our professional growth and overall satisfaction. Firstly, I would like to emphasize the importance of job security, especially after being promoted to a new position. It is disheartening to feel unsupported and left to navigate the challenges alone. I believe that it would greatly benefit both the individual and the organization to provide necessary training and guidance to help employees successfully adapt to their new roles. By doing so, we can create a more conducive and empowering work environment. Furthermore, the behavior of senior colleagues plays a significant role in our motivation and overall experience at Tech Mahindra. Positive and supportive attitudes from seniors can greatly inspire and encourage us to excel in our work. Tech Mahindra is absolutely fine but the process I was working with, that management & the supervisors are extremely worst except 1/2, they treat employees as they are slave, I'm pretty sure most of the employees are dealing with mental pressure for sure, that NH Narayana Health process is running the reputation of TechM, ex employees are writting negative reviews about the process in Google reviews but no one is taking any action....Read More

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

Appraisals are the worst as most people will get 4% hike. People who work beyond will get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.

1. 0% Job Security. 2. ZTP is common here, you will hear this word everyday. even not comming on management's desired day, is treated ZTP. 3. Worst infrastructure you will ever experience. 5. Most of the companies gives reimbursement for transport but this company is special, it charges their employees for availing cab/company transport. 6. List is too long.............

No annual appraisal timely and even few years they do not provide salary hike but management gets promotions on time not the team, very low salary compared to other competitors... lots of other cons... .

As of now it is work life balance for me. But heard lot of negative talk on this from the other teams

Managers dont follow the policies set by the top management. Policies are just to show that they have something called a policy. Each manager follows their own set of policy. For example, there is a policy of hybrid work, but my manager enforces 5 day WFO and gives warnings if we dont follow it

No appraisal in last 2 year. And also not fixed when they will do it. And anyhow they do it, it will be 1-3% max. Bad management and mangers. No benefits & perks. Expectations of late work and weekend work without any extra pay
