Salaries, increments too low and bad. This company was heaven when it was used to called as MBT (Mahindra British Telecom) but since taken over Satyam in 2009 it started going worse and worse. All good policies removed.

The Ecity Bangalore campus is like a garden and spending a few minutes in the garden can soothe you. During Covid times, the company started a talk series from eminent persons with great experience in Technology, business and other domains and I felt that this initiative was very unique & very useful for everyone.

It depends on the project. Some are made to work very long hours in multiple projects at the same time while some others are allowed to take it easy and both get the same platry raise after the appraisal (no incentive for hard work)

Knowledge and exposure to work in versatile domains and technologies. I got to work with multiple global clients; hence got to travel globally and meet different customers. If anyone wants to learn how to work with tough clients under tremendous pressure, TechM has got few Telco clients to deal with those kind of projects.
