Staff is too supportive and the salary gets credited on time that's the only thing to be liked

If there was negative rating for the work life balance I would have surely given the negative rating because work life balance is 0 because they ask 8 hours of pure login and and don't even give the time to breathe in that 8 hours and have 1 hour of break but that break also goes in completing the login hours. The calls keep coming one after another without any delay and have to send the mail and sms too without having any extra time....Read More

Apart the salary, the incentive is a big plus and support for any ideal hard working representative, it is on priority and not managed outside of thd office as it requires peace of mind to worklife balance. The support of the head staff and few other responsible is not at a level where you can explain as a decision is made. Let me tell you something very serious. We have been hired in September 2022 for amazon voice us process, and they didn’t give us proper training there was some
Modules in the which we completed with their help they shared answers with us already and despite having horrible training they sat us on the floor and asked us to start taking calls and there was 100% guarantee of negative outcome in terms of score and same happened. Can you imagine our team leaders and SME’s were helping us through whatsapp 🫣 and we used to text them first asking for support and they were responding so late. Guys there is no job security in this nonsense organization they fired nearly 30 representatives after just 2
Months. They are playing with careers and time also. They dont want humans they want roberts who cannot make mistakes and can get 100% score. They company culture is suffocated they put pressure on us to get their work done.
I would highly suggest people not to work in this cheap organization you will regret. I repeat please dont work in this organization they are useless and have worst management, work culture and no job security at all. Please look for international brands only dont work under third party organization they will ruin your time and career…...Read More
