There is a lot of politics and the managment doesn't address issues.

The job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Mindgate and Tech Mahindra

I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

Over all company is good staff behaviour is good but work pressure and rules are terrible.

Dislikes

No meals, no both side cabs, cabs available only odd hours, break time is extra total 9 hours shift.
