Shifts are easy to work and salary is always on time

Operation peoples and management is very poor as they are playing by name of process requirements but they donot understand the employee requirement. If a candidate is joining them for voice process then it means that he/she is okay with voice jobrole but they will keep moving you in other process and if you deny then they will target you. I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth
