Work Culture with Indian Client is worse, No empathy for the Employee whether they are stressed, Depression and whatsoever conditions they are in, they just want work, I tried resigning from the company still they are not ready to leave me, dispute I have completed all the work

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. Dislikes

No opportunity to grow in company. Upper Management is not able to understand the requirements from customer and unnecessary recruiting people. If your traveling for office work expenses whatever you spend no guaranty company will pay such a full policy.

1) I joined as a fresher and got trained on Java FSD and performed great at the final assessments. Despite all the hard work and dedication for learning and growth they moved me to a support(tickets resolving) role. 2) Even after completing 2 years of experience, not a single one of the candidates who joined with me got any appraisals and people who joined few months later got promoted without even competition of 1 or 2 years. Don't what's wrong with the management. 3) Junior resources/ freshers don't get much values and Opportunities as almost all of the positions required 5+ years experience. Lots of parameters to get the variable pay Managers are not good Always searching for an opportunity to deduct your salary They will give weekoff on company holiday, so that they can save money Night shift allowance is very less 100 rupees per day and many projects don't have the night shift allowance as well

Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The work environment is very good and collaborative and their team members and seniors and colleagues are very helpfull and supportive . Overall tech Mahindra gave me the better opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.

Tech Mahindra is absolutely fine but the process I was working with, that management & the supervisors are extremely worst except 1/2, they treat employees as they are slave, I'm pretty sure most of the employees are dealing with mental pressure for sure, that NH Narayana Health process is running the reputation of TechM, ex employees are writting negative reviews about the process in Google reviews but no one is taking any action....Read More

Skill development and learning are mandatory in TechM which helps people to grew their skills.

Dislikes

Appraisals are the worst as most people will get 4% hike. People who work beyond will get the same increment as with the other people as it is default by the grade. And when it comes to bonus for any festivals, they will not provide any.
