Clarification on Employment Separation Status
Tech Mahindra informed me of my separation under voluntary separation, stating it was my last day. However, my relieving and service letters do not explicitly mention termination or resignation. I also received notice pay without serving the notice period. Could you clarify whether this is considered a termination or resignation?
