Likes

Good Work culture, team members are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent and career growth is also fast.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
