Still haven't been paid for the last 1.5 months of my work (April 2023 - 15th May 2023) at Tea Trunk. The owner / founder completely ignored my calls, communication and follow-ups. There was complete radio silence on what has been the issue and as to why my salary was not released. Till today I still haven't been paid. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. The image of the company is completely different from what they portray to the audience and customers. I wouldn't advice anyone to work here all thanks to the unprofessional attitude of the founder. Worst place to work the CEO herself doesn't know what she is doing I was hired as a customer service manager but was later told I need to ha dle even markering and handle social media etc ..everytime some left which was very common due to non payment another person was given the job. I left the company as I went on leave and the CEOassumed "I was leaving" I had influencers who used to msg and ask for their payments and customers who used to beg for thier refund action was only and only taken if they said they would file a case in consumer court or labour ..Pls consider before joining the company. Learning so many new aspects about e commerce, colleges are co operative, freindly environment founder of the company is very professional with work good in nature very much co operative overall experience was nice good company.
