Quite boaring job and am interested in developing side role.but why I got IT support role. I learn from this job how to handle the users ,some stuff regarding hardware and software basic issues also important of server and network roles.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)
