Seniors are not valued just because the top management (won't call them leaders) are focused on taking all the money for themselves and do not want to share with the team that helps them grow. They infact want the seniors to leave so they think they can run the organization with freshers who will anyway leave in one or two years

Work Details

I had a great experience in the company until N Chandra had been at he helm. Rajesh who is a CA who has no idea of what he is doing is leading the organization to one of the biggest downfall. Milind is just playing second fiddle to him
