Even before joining I heard bad about this company. But made my bold decision to join and check out. The worst company any candidate could imagine will be TCS DLF. They even forced employees to work at office during Covid times and even now they are worth from office. Management won't trust employees here. Strict 10+ hrs of working ( where many others have 9hrs working) Specially top management talks disrespectful even with female employees. For name sake they have given few client laptops to employees that too forcely thy took back. No cab facility. No cleanliness around the floor. Washroom will be cleaned once or twice a day but cleaning timing will be changed by surpervisor periodically without checking the status inside I have seen from my eyes. There are no tissues in male restroom. Even security staff will talk rudely without any respect. Since he has been given powers to talk anything from Admin ( heard from his peers). If anyone is joining Tcs Operations in DLF 3RD BLOCK. please restrict yourself and search for some other organisations. Here every staff is facing issues and none are saying out. They just moving outside and dropping papers. HR will cheat you better use your resources to find more about the job role. Whatever experience you are carrying ( from 3 to 9 yrs or more ) you will be hired as Bpo3 which will be sometimes lower role than you worked at your last organisation. My Hr Told me this is TL role and once I joined organisation that particular project didn't come and they moved me to some other project with lower role than what I am doing at Natwest group....Read More

Management won't trust employees Client wont even think how you are working No cleanliness around the floor specially washrooms. No work from home or hybrid model here, they will say client employees are working from home but they will completely opposite here. Duty staffs do only chit and chat always. Security staff is rude to the employees No proper management inside Cheater HR , Hiring manager No staffs inside are right person for the right job. Just because they have job security people are serving 13+ yrs inside but none is suitable for the role They will move people from different project to another different project without any basic knowledge check on skill set.
