TCS is a terrible place to work if you want a clear cut role with defined responsibilities. This simply results in a lot of confusion and unnecessary extended shifts (regularly)

Dislikes

Its not employee friendly and especially difficult if one also has a family to care for

One only has a work life while working with TCS they have no respect for personal time
