I was work on 3 party payroll we know that company environment fine to work experience my wish that have any opening inTCS I will join to this. And company have good rules to handle COVID 19 .

Because don't have parmanent position for 3rd party employee.

Very less hike, very less salary, bonus depends on your luck(I never got in my 4 yrs exp) , you may not get your desired work( you can be assign in a support project even if you're in IT)

Amazing environment and culture team mates are supporting and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy is good , appraisal are fair

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to newjoinees.

The job struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. learnt everything on the job. got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

You can easily manage work life balance and it's good for freshers as you can learn mutiple Technologies but depend upon projects

Don't expect your good future or much salary hike. No annual travel plan. Employees are just like a worker who get paid for sitting one bench or work for a while.
