Really happy to write few words about India's #1 MNC.its not only a company,gave many opportunities like me..atmosphere,safety etc awesome.TCS is only company good track for freshers.finally m happy to work here.Really wlcm who have interest to work in TCS.Thank You.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
