Udemy for business is free. Job Security is close to 100%. You will have to do something extraordinarily bad to be fired. Recently there are more opportunities for exploring different domains as per your talent and interest. Everything else depends upon the client/project you are in. No control over the project you will be thrown into regardless of your training test scores. Switching to another client(if you are currently under a big account), can be close to impossible. Again any pros/cons come down to the project/client you are assigned to. Just try to gain whatever knowledge you can and keep learning on the side to switch to some other company.
