Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

Dislikes

There is no future growth in the company. They will make you lean the thing they want. Your interest don't matter to them. You will not get the promotions on time and they will not try to retain you but they will hire experience professional with great salary. This company is not good for freshers especially
