Problems after joining TCS No IJP recognition Politics and Favouritism Partiality in management Scam on Given Annual CTC Fake commitment and growth opportunities No employee satisfaction Worst work environment

No employee satisfaction No equal growth opportunity Partiality and favouritism in whole management HR and other management employees are only address to associate for companies SLA issues. WORST EXPERIENCE TILL NOW WITH TCS COMPANY.

I don't have any word for TCS because I was work with TCS last 2.5 years but till date I'm not facing any single problem because TCS term and conditions is clear and every employee awere this one.

Work Details

I'm working on client (Bajaj finserv Ltd) products witch is personal loan and flexy loan(overdraft limit) also i have done minimum 2 cr business every month with maintain 15.50% Rate and 2.5 % processing fee.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
