I have joined on Third Party payroll. Before giving me offer letter they told it is Mumbai Location and permanent WFH. But in offer letter they gave Nagpur Location and also said that it is permanent WFH so you don't need worry about Location. Due to TCS I joined this company. Now TCS is telling me that come to Nagpur otherwise you will be terminated. They are not giving me any accommodation, they are also not giving me any compensation for rent and travel cost. Forget it they are expecting me to reach Nagpur from Mumbai within a day (absolutely impossible for me) without any option. They are not giving me one month salary, also threatening me that they will terminate me soon (on the spot). I don't have any money, I belong to poor family, my parents are farmers. I lost my appraisal in previous job due to them, I was even getting offered better CTC than this in my previous job. I have sacrificed all for them and I have lost all. I am absolutely broke by this experience, from compensation point of view, I have already lost my 1 Lakh in this time. I told them that I am staying on rent and owner of house will be able to give me my deposit only after one month But TCS people are not waiting for even a week....Read More

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
