HR Management. At the time of hiring they make big promises but after that they'll forget their words. No learning. You will directly put into the project without any training or KT .if you failed they they will ask for your resignation. Don't think job security like tcs . Management don't think about employees.Only Focus on client.Good for those who don't have any option. If you are in MNC then you will get lots of pain. Every 2 to 3 month your manager will change . Terrible company policy. What ever you asked HR will tell that they dnt have policy for that. They just hire people and sell to Tata steel. As tata steel is the biggest revenue source for them. HR dept is horrible. Only 5-6 technically solid person is there. They have only tata brand to sell. Without Tata group support they will hardly sustain in the market.

Everything, Higher management says the company is as per start up culture but it is more of tcs culture, junior employees have no visibility about company proceedings, HRs are quite cunning and worst part is regional bias exists in Tata iQ
