I get to learn new things. Sometimes I get good push to achieve things aren't easy. It's purely a Data science and Analytics driven company

Lack of adequate projects. It has business concerns and stability issues

Management is always there to support you in all circumstances. Since pandemic, its complete WFH policy till now. HR is very much supportive and always provide insights on Tata policy. Quality of work is of high standards. Managers are supportive and always there to provide helpful hands. Work life balance is their priority. Always look from employees perspective. It's a good company to work with where learning opportunity is immense.

Dislikes

From past 7 years company failed to bring more accounts and it's attrition is very high. From past 7 years company strength is always 100. Career risk organization as sometime they stop sharing the reliving letter as well and it's frequency is very high.

Likes

Single major client i.e, tata steel Other client work quality not for data science. Highly risky if left tata steel, management will force you to quit.

Dislikes

Mangement monopoly, they have not given most of employees their relieving letter. Clearly violates the offer letter policy.
