HR Management. At the time of hiring they make big promises but after that they'll forget their words. No learning. You will directly put into the project without any training or KT .if you failed they they will ask for your resignation. Don't think job security like tcs . Management don't think about employees.Only Focus on client.Good for those who don't have any option. If you are in MNC then you will get lots of pain. Every 2 to 3 month your manager will change .
