No job security for consultants with weak & ever changing management and not so good organizational culture. weak organizational policies.

Good technical and non technical staff with weak leadership. no job security for consultants and people on contracts. Weak HR policies with not so good work environment.

Pretty challenging work in remote areas of Western & Eastern MHA. Direct implementation of livelihood projects (Off & on farm) with a large tech. & non tech. team. very weak HR & managerial support. Weak & ever changing management structure with erratic

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
