I hope this finds you well who wants to join in taskus .I am writing to discuss an urgent matter regarding my joining at TaskUS in Gurgaon. I recently received the joining letter and subsequently relocated to Gurgaon as per the instructions provided. However, I have recently been informed that there is currently no requirement from the client's end. This news comes as a surprise and has put me in a difficult situation, especially considering that I have already resigned from my previous position at Wipro. Only because of Taskus I lost wipro. I have invested a significant amount of time and effort in this process, including relocating to a new city, not even one city changed 7 cities because I lost my job.When I was ready to come to office Hr dennied to come in gurgaon and saying we are extremely sorry search for other job once we get any post batch we ll re-offer you again.which is very unprofessional first time I faced this situation.I pray to God noone will face this situation in future . The work pressure is unbearable and the management shows lack of concern towards their employees well being. Basic needs like bio break and meal breaks are ignored to cater clients need. Additionally, there is a blatant favouritism within teams,with certain employees with certain employees receiving undue privileges and advantages while others are left to fend themselves. This biased behaviour foster toxic atmosphere and demoralizes hardworking team members who are overlooked despite their contribution. Taskus is worst company I have ever seen. There is no job security kbhi bhi bol dete hai kl se mt aana job gyi aapki ye inki hr location pr hua hai and 100 100 logo ki job ek sth gyi hai and iska koi reason bhi nhi dete ye log. Iss company mein bs politics hai.

The work culture is awesome here and there is lots of fun activities on Friday which they celebrate as fun friday and there is lots of fun activities doing on floor also. There is lots of things you learn from your manager and all TL is also supportive there. There is high no of chances of appraisal here compare to other companies.

There is nothing to be liked about this place I am been working here for more then 6 months and the only thing I like here was my Team leader until he is not getting a pressure on scores and shrinkage. A few more days and I will be free from this hell till the time I have to jhelo these people who don't know anything about professionalism and keep digging in my personal life. This office feels like being in a cage and people looking at me as a animal, they don't have proper systems available and floor smells like s*it. Everything here is about smiley no matter how you get it even if you have to make a fool out of the merchant we are supposed to support. I am not able to understand the policy of this company each and everyone of the Ops leaders are telling me a different thing. I am a slight concerned about my company's managers Sharique and Deepak how the hak they handle there SMO, everytime I am able to see her she would be concern about agents who are not on their chair even though it's there break such a pain.

The job criteria and the salary matches the exact. You got the opportunity of promotion by filling the igps after the 6 months working period. It's literally very impressive work environment. People there is supportive also.

The work life balance if someone expressed there medical concern is high even with the proper documents and doctor consult. They are not listening to it they thought the person infront created the drama for the leaves. No work culture, Rude top management, HR does not have their own opinion or policy they only rely on ops leaders, extended shifts without OT, hire and fire culture, Quality function is not seperate it's driven by operations.
