My Experience in this company was literally Hell. This company is totally fraud. They forced me to leave my previous organization for a short notice period. After joining they ask me to compromise my physical and mental health as I discussed below! There office was in the manufacturing facility itself in a remote location. Air Pollution due to welding, painting & laborers throwing steel plate here and there making huge noise pollution. All air conditioners were broken & no air purifiers for employees. All these facilities were in MD room only. I don't think they fulfill the pollution compliance. There is no difference between you and a forced labour. You have to be in office before time, compromise your food, health, mind & leave the office at 9 PM. Nobody gonna care about you if you got sick. After getting this much mentally torture, I just resign according to the company protocols. But company it self not follow there own protocols regarding the full and final, so I have to compromise my 1 month salary. For 6 months, HR just shuffling and giving false hopes. My experience not ends here, if you still feel your past job experiences are bad than mine so you should join this hell and test your limits....Read More
