I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

Culture in this company really sucks. This company doesnt care about employees, its all about money. In fact its from the owner itself, he most of the time slaps the employees of “i am giving you salary, i am the one whose giving food for your family”. In some ways its true, but you work for it. You’re not just sitting in the cornerand wait for your salary. You judge it that’s professional and it you would like to work for a company like that.
