The Culture at Talent Valley is one of the best Aspects of my Job. The team is diverse inclusive, and encourages open Communication especially The Director Ankit the most supportive leader and always there very Approachable and transparent making it easy to Voice Concerns or Suggest New Ideas. Everyone is Willing to lend a Helping hand and making it easy to Collaborate on Projects and Share Ideas. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
