The Culture at Talent Valley is one of the best Aspects of my Job. The team is diverse inclusive, and encourages open Communication especially The Director Ankit the most supportive leader and always there very Approachable and transparent making it easy to Voice Concerns or Suggest New Ideas. Everyone is Willing to lend a Helping hand and making it easy to Collaborate on Projects and Share Ideas. Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
