What to say?... All are against like... 1. Salary avarage range, management always reduce during joining wherever your earning in last organisation 2. Every month salary paid after 11 , some times after 15th 3. If you have any burden like EMI, school fees, any recurring within 14th of month... Don't join here or keep sufficient balance from previous month. 4. Total top management is commercial mentality... Not a technical. They always judge anything with money. For that staffs are facing extream mental torcher. 5. Always top management thinking that staffs are slave but not asset, hence in their mind always thinking that company is draining money for staffs 6. Management not believe anybody/ any staff... Even their family member also.. Their way of talking is very bad.. just like talking with thief with police 7. Purely "Babu culture" of bengal.. 8. CMD's decision is final in all respects... From recruitment to snacks purchase. If purchase dept. brought any final negotiated quotation from reliable source... Then again CMD will verify his own source. 9. May be due to horrific work culture and spying mentality of management, staffs are not happy. 10. No vendors are paid fully, lakhs of amount intentionally debited from their bills in any condition. And Lastly... Management mentality seems to be a "panji scheme" ... Just take bank loan and play with it... Suggestion is If you do not get any job in anywhere then also not to join here otherwise you will be ruined....Read More
