Everything is terrible, false commitment, lots of politics, Every time threat to sack, max. time to salary is pending, this is like a jail. their have no management policy, suddenly policy is changed. Monetary side very poor, Always think about own profit, they treat people like a slave. Every peoples money was blocked during year on year. No one is here to solve it.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
